News 2010: Airwaves BMW Headline BMW Cooper Croydon's Ultimate BMW Weekend

BMW's 'Ultimate Drive Weekend' is a national event which takes place across all UK BMW dealers over the 17-18th of April 2010. To show their appreciation, HiQ Teams Championship leader Airwaves BMW will be in attendance at Cooper Croydon in Surrey.
Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship fans will have the chance to get up close and personal with one of the HIQ Teams Championship leading cars; Steven Kane's BMW E90 320si.
This Three Series is already a race winner at the season's first BTCC meet at Thruxton and is considered a serious title contender. It's also the last opportunity you'll get to see the car in the flesh before the second televised (ITV4 11.00am to 3.15pm) BTCC meet at Rockingham on April 25th.
Now in its second year, the 'Futureproof Challenge Weekend' invites members of the public to experience the thrill of driving a new BMW. Over the weekend the ever confident German manufacturer will be putting their money where their mouth is, providing a host of competitor cars from the likes of Audi and Mercedes as well as their own. Customers can then make a direct comparison for themselves using BMW's EfficientDynamics comparator. The results will give a clear indication of whether a BMW offers improved fuel economy, performance or both.
If that wasn't enough to tickle your fancy then how about a guest appearance from Top Gear's 'The Stig', a huge Scaletrix, sizzling BBQ and a selection of classic BMW's for enthusiasts to get all gooey-eyed over? All in all a rather impressive salute to summer and the perfect way for any motoring enthusiast to while away the weekend.
On the day drivers will be able to take their pick from a range of BMW's including the new 320d, X6 and Z4 on top of illustrious Mototsport vehicles*. All you need to do is bring along both parts of your driving license, an empty stomach and an open mind. You might want your camera too!
