News 2008: Motorbase Gets Ready for BMW BTCC Programme

Motorbase Performance will shortly unveil its plans for the 2008 HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship when it will campaign a pair of latest specification BMW 320Si E90 models.

The team has taken delivery of two completely rebuilt and refurbished BMWs from the Schnitzer World Touring Car Championship team and will being a pre-season testing programme before the end of February.

Over recent weeks, intensive planning has been going on and team boss David Bartrum intends to unveil the complete 2008 programme by the end of February. Bartrum is currently in the final stages of negotiations with team partners and drivers.

"We've got some very exciting things happening around our BTCC programme, but right now I cannot even hint at what is happening. However, when we do announce our plans I think it will make good reading!"
