How did you become involved in motorsport? – I started in the BTCC in 2001 and have worked with some of the biggest teams in the paddock over the past few years. I also spent a spell working for McLaren in Formula One.
What do you do at Airwaves BMW? – I oversee the running of Jonny Adam's car, supervising its setup and making sure the engineers know what needs to be done.
What's your favourite thing about being involved with Airwaves BMW? – Winning!
What has been your most memorable moment with the team? – Jonny taking the chequered flag at Brands Hatch on the first weekend of this season.
Who is your motorsport idol? – Colin McRae. He was a bit off the wall and a real character.
What do you do to relax away from motorsport? – Wakeboarding, cycling and hanging out with mates.
If you were an animal, what would you be? – A hawk. It would be nice to fly around and be near the top of the food chain.
Is a Jaffa Cake a cake or a biscuit? – Biscuit. It's in with all the rest of them in the supermarket.
