How did you become involved in motorsport? – Through a work experience placement at college. From there I got a full-time job and have been involved with teams in a number of different motorsport categories over the years.
What do you do at Airwaves BMW? – I make sure everyone is doing their job properly and bring all the different elements together. That's actually quite easy when you have good people in the team.
What's your favourite thing about being involved with Airwaves BMW? – The racing and working with all the different people involved.
What has been your most memorable moment with the team? – Winning at Brands Hatch.
Who is your motorsport idol? – Michael Schumacher. He redefined the parameters of setting up a race car and made it into an art, and he always showed incredible professionalism in his approach.
What do you do to relax away from motorsport? – Spend time with my family.
If you were an animal, what would you be? – A lion.
Is a Jaffa Cake a cake or a biscuit? – A cake. That's what it says in the tin!
